Will you import the products into our store?
No. The output is prepared for your review. Your team tests a small Shopify import and approves any live changes.
What files qualify?
One UTF-8 CSV or XLSX worksheet, English-language, up to 100 simple products, with supplied values for the fields being mapped. Complex size/color variants and multi-sheet workbooks are excluded.
What if a price or SKU is wrong?
We flag missing, duplicated or conflicting values. We do not invent product facts or choose the correct price for you.
Are the CSV files import-ready?
They are review-ready, draft-only files formatted with current Shopify fields for eligible records. Successful imports depend on store settings, existing data, and further checks.
Can I submit private supplier data now?
Yes. Submit a five-row CSV or XLSX sample using our secure Tally sample review form. Only submit data you are authorized to share, without sensitive personal information. Review the privacy information on the form before submitting.
What are the refund and correction terms?
One correction within the accepted scope is included. Any refund request will be reviewed against the written scope, delivery status and applicable law; full terms will be available before checkout.
A clean file is useful. A clean file with an audit trail is better.
